What's the difference between open and enclosed transport?
Open is the industry standard — affordable, safe, and used for the majority of shipments. Enclosed protects against weather and road debris and is recommended for luxury, exotic, and classic vehicles.
Is my vehicle insured during transport?
Yes. Every dispatched carrier carries FMCSA-mandated cargo and liability insurance. Certificates are available on request.
Do I need to be present at pickup and delivery?
You or an authorized adult must be present at both ends to sign the Bill of Lading and inspect the vehicle.
Can I ship personal items in the vehicle?
